can anybody tell me the name of this band at the start of the clip, the tune they played going past presidant obama was awesome

The band at the start of the clip -- I am pretty sure that is the US Army Field Band based out of Ft. Meade, Maryland. The name of the piece they are playing is the National Emblem March, a piece written in 1906 by Edwin Bagley.
