Habe leider nur ein Jahr in Japan gelebt. Es gibt zwei Arten von den so genannten Jakuza bzw. den bōryokudan. Es gibt die Straßenbanden (Dealer, Schutzgeldtruppen, Kleingängster und unprofessionelle Killer) und es gibt die Führungsebene (Drogen- & Waffenhändler, professionelle Killer und Inhabern von unzähligen Unternehmen). Die japanische Polizei hält sich bewusst zurück, da selbst der Kleinste in der Organisation eine Schusswaffe tragen darf.

Japanese police... I don't know - maybe that's because of their law, or something, but why they are not using any force to stop them? 2 or 3 cop cars should block boso and cops should pull them out of car... Or throw/spray inside some pepper gas... Instead they are simply pushing them out of the town...

Those mad bosozoku tried to harm/kill the cops and civilians - That should allow police to use guns to shoot tires or rdiator... Or even slug from shotgun into engine...

under the japanese law,it is strictly inhibited for people to have weapon.such as guns,knives,or so.

on the other hand,cops can't use their force to human easily neither.

anyway,in japan, using force power is very very difficult for everyone without gangs,yakuza,or crazy people.

this is result or influence of losing ww2 maybe.everyone is powerless.even Public authority.......
