@Mupje86 Owen and teddy had a moment in the elevator in the previous episode and they almost kissed. So owen wanted Teddy out of work and recommended to Derek that Teddy is transferred. Derek told that to Meredith. Meredith looked at owen when he was talking to Teddy. Hence owen knew that Meredith knew about the Derek-owen situation and Owen assumed Meredith told Christina already which she didnt, yet....
