The only argument the British have to illegally retain the Falkland Islands, is the self-determination of the Kelpers. It is the same self-determination that the English refuse to the Scots. England is the largest historical expression of what hypocrisy is. UK is just an old world power in decline. Sooner or later, the United Kingdom ceased to exist. Scotland and Wales will be independent nations. And the English wil surrender the Malvinas. If we've waited 180 years, we can wait another 180.

The message was delivered two months ago by Chinese President Hu Jintao's special envoy Jiang Shusheng and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and is part of the reciprocal policy in support of Taiwan as a province of China.
