is it so hard to have a discussion without insulting each-other ?
a country that allows people to buy guns is uncivilized, medieval. once more the USA is looked down on by almost any other country in the western world. and rightly so. a country with almost one gun per person, children that is just plain wrong.
I guess allowing a murderer/rapist to kill/rape is considered civilized in your twisted way of thinking.
Am I supposed to give a shit if someone looks down on me because they are wrong?
Check your history and you will see that when Thomas Jefferson was president americans were refered to by Europeans as "savages", we've never been liked by most of the world so FUCK UM!
You want my guns, TOUGH SHIT!
By the way my 11 year old daughter can handle my 9mm with deadly precision!
@MolonLabeAndDie the only reason i posted here is to react to the fact that you can't stop insulting everybody, apparently you really can't !, you have issues man, get help !
@pizzagorgonzola the only reason I responded the way I did is because I am tired of STUPID FUCKING LIBERALS THAT CAN'T READ A FUCKING CHANNEL DESCRIPTION, ALL YOU CAN DO IS COME HERE AND PREACH YOUR BULLSHIT, NOT HERE ASSHOLE!
YOU BASTARDS HAVE THE LIBERAL MEDIA, FUCKOFF, THIS ISSUE ISN'T UP FOR DEBATE HERE!
@MolonLabeAndDie the facts are: Belgium = 4 or 5 people killed per year, with a population of 10 million, the USA = 30 times more people, but 12 THOUSAND murders with fire weapons !, WHAT MORE CAN I SAY, DO THE MATHS ! if the USA had the same crime rate you would only have 150 murders per year ! not 12 000, OK
that is a fact !
another fact is that the constitution only grants the right to bear arms to well organized militias, not to mental cases like you !
@pizzagorgonzola i mean children included (that's over 300 million hand guns) for what exactly ? we have a much lower crime rate here, the USA is only beaten by countries like Mexico, Colombia etc ! it doesn't work guys !, and i don't believe you want your guns for your safety, it something a lot more disgusting than that !
i agree the government would never use such weapons as artillary and bombs on its own people they would just be destroying themselves and guerrilla wafare can only be beaten by exterminating everyone or by turning the people against the guerrillas
@JFAC4LIFE Well than as a marine, you are saying that some dumn fuck individual with a an AK that he bought at a gun show is as an even match for a highly trained military official.
@MolonLabeAndDie You are not reading far into what I am trying to say. The government is not afraid of us, but they should be. However, we don't need guns to make them fearful. We live in a democracy but our people do not act like it.
@MolonLabeAndDie We live in a form of Democracy loosely based off of Magna and the Enlish Bill of Rights. You are straying from the point, though. The people of France live with their government in fear of their people, that is why they have one of the highest rates of living. America lives with people afraid of the government. Turn on the news and don't come back until you either understand what Im saying or become educated on current law.
@betterthanbarker, Wrong again, our constitution is based on the constitution of Freemasonry!
Let me make this clear, THIS IS A PRO SECOND AMMENDMENT CHANNEL, YOU ARE HERE TO LEARN SO SIT BACK AND SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU ARE JUST WASTING MY TIME!
A lot of people think that the pro gun control people are against guns all together, but nothing could be further from the truth. The notion is that maybe it would be a good idea to check out who we are giving guns to ahead of time. I also find it odd that some people think that the only thing that will keep the gov. from taking us over is that they are afraid of our guns, as if their weapons are no match to ours.
I realize that there are a lot, but it is very evident that our government is not afriad of us, it is the other way around. If people really wanted to speak against our government using their guns, there would have been many circumstances of that happening by now.
There are far better ways to influence the government when you do not agree or you are concerned. They aren't afriad of people with ak's in other countries, we've never invaded a country for owning automatic weapons. What they are afraid of is the threat of weapons of mass destruction, which an ak47 is not.
I know, but the reason why the government doesn't need to worry about just guns is because there are bigger things to worry about. Guns don't make much of a difference if you are fighting the US military. The military has bombs, artillary, and weapons that are more highly advanced than anything that is available to them. Don't think that if you have a gun, you will be able to fight against the government.
Resistance isn't a military campaign. You need not thwart the military, it will destroy itself in the process of trying to stop... itself
tanks are good against tanks. That's one of the issues soldiers in Iraq have. They don't help as much when they have to deal with civillians who at any moment can be a threat without any identification.
bombs? artillary? I'm quite sure a military would rather not destroy its economy/industry in the process.
you wouldn't put a gun to your leg to kill a tick.
@MaxAC40 If you were to follow current events you would know that bombs and artillery are still prominent in the military today. The military uses a lot of new technology that is more effective than guns, such as the newly implemented drones that we are using to bomb other countries.
betterthanbarker, Maybe you are the one not following current events and you have apparently ignored history all together.
Have you ever heard of the term guerrilla warfare?
That's why we didn't win in Nam, a well established, well equipped guerrilla militia that has the support of the people CAN NOT BE DEFEATED, they may not be able to win a war but they cann't be defeated!
The only way to defeat them is to turn the people against them, when feeedom is at stake, we'll be their best friends!
@MolonLabeAndDie I do know history and I follow current events. In case you haven't noticed by following them, thechnology has been advancing quite heavily. I have heard of guerrilla warfare. It was a key component and still does play a part in conflict today. You are completely discard the point that I was initially making; the government is not afriad because they are better equiped, and I fing it appaling that you are trying to ignore that fact.
@betterthanbarker, I haven't ignored a fucking thing, as a Marine I think I have a much better and realistic knowledge of our military capabilities, you on the other hand are ignoring the role guerrilla warfare has played in every major conflict this nation has faced!
I'm not going to pull any punches here, yes gun are a very dangerous type of weapon. They blow holes in you make you bleed out, and die. from a .22 all the way to the A-10 30 mm Cannon. But are the politicians so bought that they think I'm not going to fight them on this subject? Mb they are. But let me ask them this, why does our military have Guns. And their response is my response also. Because we don't want to be dead because we don't have any. So stop it or be defeated in next election
Yea its pretty obvious that there should be a mechanism for changing the government, However its called voting not war. However it is necessary for a citizen to be able to defend themselves from the kind of organised aggression that government its built for.
Historically it always invents its enemy attacks it, takes freedoms from the citizen under the name of war and then brings back all sorts of horrible weapons and psychotic soldiers.
You quite expertly miss my point, there are many soldiers that experience psychological stress because of war. Do you want them to bring it home with them undiagnosed and go Rambo? Because it seems like your suggesting that I should support you in everything you do. I don't hate you.
Unfortunately it seems the loudest voice is not the voter but the oil company which donates campaign money to get the politicians elected. Later they call in favours; they are your real insurgents.
You quite expertly failed to make your point clearly!
To start with you make it sound like every soldier comming home is a threat and likely to "go rambo" as you put it but you can't name one that has done so!
I don't giva a damn what you support and I could care less if you hate me or not, you mean nothing to me!
You sound like a typical liberal anti-big business limming, when in doubt blame big business!
I agree that the democratic system in this country is broken. The pool of winners are selected by big business funding there campaign before we even get to the voting booth to decide which corporate lapdog we want.
It make's for a real catch 22 though because who is going to fix this system? The people who were elected by it? Doubtful.
Fortunately our founding fathers were wise enough to give a us a way out of just such a circumstance. That's the Second Amendment.
Actually i agree with that, whoever thought that democracy was going to work? I suppose its based on peoples notorious ability to agree with each other. All forms of government are corruptible, and... yea...yea... Im gonna say it.... for the 1st time ever volks... democracy has become corrupted and needs to be changed, but i don't expect it to go quietly or in dignity, but i do not encourage violence.
Could I just get your to clarify something. What do you think about citizens in the US owning small arms? Are you for it? Do you feel the second amendment protects it? What exactly are you saying?
It would just be nice if you could possibly relate some of your statements to the topic at hand in some way.
No human has the right to force another, an extension of that is the right to protect oneself. You were born with tooth and nail for a reason.
It is your responsibility to play your role; defender, bread winner, team member etc. but you must consider the best outcome for all involved. That is; you should want to win, but the opposition have families and lives to, and you shouldnt necessarily want to destroy them.
(Continued) Sometimes youll have to sacrifice yourself in order to make sure that your win isnt their loss. Dont do good things in bad ways, this is the reason why all wars have both good and bad on both sides, and if your not careful your cause can be corrupted and you can turn into the enemy your fighting. By doing this you ensure that you defend yourself without creating more enemies.
This means that LTL weapons are probably better. But less fun :)
[democracy has become corrupted and needs to be changed, ]
At least get it right. The united states of America is NOT a democracy. It never was, and I hope it never will be. A democracy allows 51% of the people to force their views on the other 49%, with no natural rights.
We have (at least on paper) a Constitutional Republic, not related to Democracy. This means that no action may be taken to prevent 'individual' rights, even a majority vote. An amendment may be a different matter.
[I don't know what a republic is but you seem to be right about democracy.]
Recite your pledge of allegiance. "To the Republic for which it stands"
A republic is a representation by officials. What we have is a Constitutional Republic, in which the officials are _supposed_ to be restrained by the Organic law of the land. (The Constitution) that no other law can trump of override.
That they legislate against guns is meaningless. The Constitution trumps their legislation.
That may be true, but leaders always think the countries better off if they have more power, so i see now how they turned it into a democracy to absorb powers through osmosis.
In Britain we don't have a pledge of allegiance, which is why "i pledge allegiance to the flag" Just sounds like manipulation propaganda in schools. After all you also salute whoever holds the flag. Thats why you get so many 'flag wavers' shouting 'calls to war', because they notice you give them control.
Very Good you get an A+. If I may rewrite what you stated in an even more plain way of saying what you said so that all of the people might understand clearly. A democracy is 2 wolves and a lamb voting on what's for lunch. Not to good for the Lamb is it? A republic is the same 2 wolves and the lamb voting on what's for lunch. But the Constitution says that sheep are not on the menu. Every true democracy fails. The word Democracy is not mentioned in any of the founding documents. Republics
This is what i was saying in my post. A 'true' citizen doesnt bow to a poleticians force but to his reason. No human has the right to force another, an extension of that is the right to protect oneself. You were born with tooth and nail for a reason.
Shut the fuck up!An ignorant cow like you doesn't have the right to give away my children's freedoms. The 2nd Amendment is my guarantee that some mob of idiots elected by some irresponsible brainwashed twat like you won't enslave the future generations of this country under a tyrannical government. When you give up your automobile and pollution causing electricity come talk to me about my gun but until then crack a book about all of the well meaning but gutless people tyrannized while unarmed
Quite well put... a little forceful though... people give good advice because they want the person to be better off. However putting them off is nothing more than shooting yourself in the foot.
Obviously a lack of cogitative ability is not the issue so a cultural and moral gulf beyond my capacity to mend must be at work in this situation.I am the descendant of people who survived dogoodery gone wrong and fled to this country for refuge and cherish the ability to redress oppression with force of arms should I ever be part of a preyed upon or castigated minority like my great grandparents were.I take great umbrage at even the slightest degradation of the Bill of Rights.Disarmed=Enslaved!
I very much agree, but you MUST update your ideas of what is write and wrong.
The Nazis thought they were being repressed and they were right! But its exactly that excuse that caused them to do to others what was done to them, only like Germans they were ambitious and proficient.
Does any part of this apply to the US? No, they entered the war because they were asked to. Unfortunately the actions of the Germans persecution caused them to copy them.
The Nazis invented modern gun control theory and application and were a Nationalist Socialist movement. The US Gun Control Act of 1968 quoted Nazi regulations in almost verbatim translation of Nazi gun control regulations.Gun control is evil no matter it's intention from it's inception to it's present form it has never benefitted a society and has been the prequel to tens of millions of deaths of unarmed people at the hands of absolutists.

@betterthanbarker, the first problem is your lack of knowledge, this is not a democracy, it is a constituionally limited republic.
Outside Independence Hall when
the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended,
Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin,
"Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?"
With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded,
"A republic, if you can keep it."

Isn't this is as bad as the "big-brother government" he speaks out against?
Two wrongs do not a RIGHT MAKE!
People need to calm down and stop the aggression on all sides, or we are all certainly doomed!

Cathytreks,
This is what i was saying in my post.

Don't do good work in an evil way.

Indeed, don't do good work in an evil way,LOL
The Nazis invented modern gun control theory and application and were a Nationalist Socialist movement. The US Gun Control Act of 1968 quoted Nazi regulations in almost verbatim translation of Nazi gun control regulations.Gun control is evil no matter it's intention from it's inception to it's present form it has never benefitted a society and has been the prequel to tens of millions of deaths of unarmed people at the hands of absolutists.
