@xthexelitex I fall all the time -- so I prepare for it. Helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and padded shorts. I wear ALL of it EVERY TIME I skate. I don't care if I look like a fool, I'm 30 yrs old, so by definition I'm not cool anymore. I'd rather look like a fool than get hurt really bad. The pads are WORTH IT.

these are two smaller rolls in the middle of your frame. but if you have 4 the same size rolls you have flat.

anti rockers are for if your lockin in the h-block, but if you plan on doing a lot of transitions, then just take off the antirockers, and don't get freestyle frames until later incase you want to use anti-rockers
