When I first bought my STi in my Señor year of high school insurance was roughly 600+. So I said hell no, and rolled without insurance for about 3 months. Then my mom put it in her name added with my 3.0 GPA it came down to 365. About a month after graduation I moved out, and where I live now it is 90 for full coverage.

Oh, and over a year later I'm still loving this exhaust. I live in San Diego and I've never been pulled over for it. I even ran this same exhaust on my '02 wrx with a full catless dp for like 2 years with never being pulled over. Get the kartboy hangers for a better fitment. Maybe I'll post a vid of it on my car, complete the circle.

A funny story to related to this exhaust

I was looking up Sti exhausts on youtube to see which I should buy, I had an '02 WRX with the Nur SPec but I wanted to see if anything new came out since then. I decided on Nur SPec after seeing this vid. I bought one off a guy on Nasioc. After buying he said he posted vids of it on YT. The video I watched to make my decision was of THE exhaust I bought. Literally THE EXACT exhuast. I bought it from the guy who posted the vid w/ out knowing! Small world!

That is a SWEET exhaust setup but if your wantin to know where it would sound the best let the car run for about 10 minutes then shoot the video with the car parked in the grass....It makes the car sound so much better for some reason..lol

u wanted to know when they sound best its not on a cold start drive the thing for about 30 mins so shes hot the dip the clutch half rev to about 3000/4000rpm then boot it and back off gentle and it should purr down then crakle in the pipe, give it a go works on my sti ;)

i have the cat-back and the SPT intake...thats it...i did want to upgrade to a cold air intake but read that it makes no difference on a suby...so i guess short shifter is next..
