Buy this CD from a rack at your local drug store. It is called Spa by Roger St. Denis. There is another CD called Oasis by George Carlaw with classical music. Both are so beautiful. I use them to get to sleep.

I once got a copy of it from Uniprix...this is a pharmacy in Quebec one of those machines that give you a sample of the songs...and you can buy the cds from there.
