hi, i just ordered a Aoshima "91 - 4runner. 1/24 how do you get the parts to be chrome ? does it come like that ?

what about the headlights & tailights, are all those accessories included in the kit?

muy copado en la argentina es una modelo 1998 es la vercion SRV y por lo visto es 4X4 pero esa vercion traia unas trabas o llaves en las ruedas delanteras para bloquear o desbloquear la 4x4 y esta no lo tiene! es solo un comentario muy linda camionera y aparte es una maquina!

Hey I have an interesting question. Well first great job!!!! Ok, do you still have the box? I picked up that kit a while ago and never built it. On the box mine says super SWANPER tires with an N?? I think they ment swaMper?? lol!

Well I'm sure you noticed that the undercarriage is not completely chromed like it shows on the box art. And yes, there often alot of typos on Japanese kits, even right on the box! Awesome tires btw, when I got this kit I had to hunt down 2 extra sets of the wheels and tires from Aoshima. I'll used them someday on other trucks.

Technically, anything is possible. It's small though, only about 9 inches long. Might be better to go with something bigger.

hey i tryd hobbylink jappan but they didnt have any. I found one on a different site but it says the kit is only $27 US. that cant be right can it?

$27 would be a good price for it! I paid $30. The Japanese kits just usually run twice the price of the American ones. And this is a curbside! No engine! But, as you can see, it's got other good qualities. You can also try Ebay. But make sure you read my description, not all of the undercarriage was chromed. I had to get it chromed for another $30-$35. If you don't need it chromed there is another version without the chrome parts. Hope this helps.

Oh yea Scotty, been building them all my life. Never thought to video tape them until I recently saw these guys doing it. This build was only about a month, two weeks of which was waiting for the parts to come back from the chrome shop. Thanks for asking and watching!
