I've never been to anything quite like that party. There were so very many things to see and hear, and SO much Victim Beer! I still have a pile of the lables from the bottles, and NO IDEA how or where I got them!!
That is so cool, I had remembered this band more than any other from that night and had actually tried again in the last few years to look them up, but had no luck as I had remembered the name as "Trio Nocturne".
I just happened to be searching for an article on the Ball for a friend and found this Youtube link instead. I am glad I did.
The woman singing later went on to write a good bit of the Vampire: The Requiem books. Leastwise, I think it was Requiem. Now she teaches college English, and she looks just the same, fourteen years after this video was shot.
