  • How is the handling now? if u let gas pedal up, does it start slow down more faster?

  • @muumikuu engine braking characteristics are not changed. the only things that can change that are compression ratio or engine displacement relative to the weight of the car and gear ratios.

  • @gripracer Oh, good to know, thank you for your answer, and nice work uv done!

  • @muumikuu thanks man :)

  • wtf kind on answer is this, you never changed displacement or compression you just changed the rotating mass

  • @Cornalmullin apparently you didn't actually read my answer. or possibly what the question even was. either way, read them again.

  • do you have FI?

  • How did you get the metal trim around the gauges?

  • @ermir6 ebay and a bit of gauge-cluster dis-assembly. its a great little project that i highly recommend for anyone who wants to subtly improve the interior of their e36.

  • Is the driver James May?

  • @niematojak LOL yes. this is back when I had James May hair.

  • you think i could use a e30 m20 flywheel on a e34 m30

  • you can see it is a happy bmw, his tail was wiggling.

  • Is this the original exhaust?

  • bad sound broo

  • Nice BMW ;)

  • WOW it looks Very responsive as soon as you press the gas rpm gauge follows there is no delay.

  • also does this affect engine smoothness at all?

  • @Shadowpillar good question, and not at all. it still runs like stock. it's not a super-light racing flywheel, it still has a bit of mass to it.

  • @gripracer

what all did you have to get to make it work?

  • any guides on how to do this?

    any special parts?

do you need the whole clutch, or will just the flywheel work?

  • so this flywheel fits with no modifications at all ?

  • @ivantnt26 for this to work i think you need the clutch, flywheel and pressure plate. better get some new flywheel bolts just for safety too. there are a few flywheel options and a bunch of guides online.

  • Think mine is lighter.. I got none.. ahahahhaa

    318i 2.5 24v

  • sick rims! where did you get them from?

  • @bonjovi54321 hah, thanks. they're just E46 M-Sport wheels. Cheap and easy 17s.

  • @gripracer just got those for my e36 coupe other day, they look even better on e36 than e46 !

  • @ivantnt26 haha, i totally agree. for some reason, they look really bangin' on the e36 and just average on the e46. i think the e36 is better suited to 17s whereas the e46 needs 18"+

  • just got a stage 3 clutch flywheel for my well tuned NA m52 powered 328is.. jesus christ she pulls like an M3 now due to the extra torque. ty

  • I thought you were going to drive it. haha

  • I love my E36 328i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $170 and add up to 9HP in the E46 323/325/328 and up to 9.4HP in the 328i. That's about $17/per extra HP... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

    E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

    E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

    E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

    E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

    Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

See my channel videos for action!

  • that this is zippy in the rev range lord o

  • Wow that needle just shoots up like nothing

  • Can you explain your modification of engine?THX

  • super video buddy,I want lighter flywheel than you for my 325i e36 coupe.Increasing of rev is like a motorcycle.CAn you make a video by drive, changing gears and breaknig "by engine"

  • @paavo10 thanks.

I will if I get some time.

  • @gripracer do it :) thanks

  • @gripracer yes that video would be great if you get chance :)

  • cool yea ill swing by one of these weekends im a blacked out e36 328i...

  • where in cobb are you? do u ever attend any local meets.

  • @Reverie100 in marrietta

I usually go to the starbucks on barrett fridays and saturdays, and the V when its warm

  • also, what camera did you use to shoot this ?

  • @merajj

canon HV30. you can pick one up used for about $450.

  • "does that say brospeed ? omg it does" were my first thoughts clicking this video. great stuff :] i hope to upgrade to a lw flywheel in the future
