  • this is straight garbage. if u want to bulk up you should not be doing light weight max reps.. u should only do 6-8 reps per set.

  • @golffret yh that stops happenin after u do it for a few days.. its coz ur body no offence isnt used to the rigorous training.. whats its used to it .. ull find urself needing to do more and more just to feel a lil burn hope that helps
