@golffret yh that stops happenin after u do it for a few days.. its coz ur body no offence isnt used to the rigorous training.. whats its used to it .. ull find urself needing to do more and more just to feel a lil burn hope that helps

holy shit i just got done doing this work out and i feel a burn....after this i took a cold shower and it felt like i was using warm water damn it burns this work out makes u appreciate water even more......wow ima keep going with this routine hopefuly it helps me....thx for the vid

this is straight garbage. if u want to bulk up you should not be doing light weight max reps.. u should only do 6-8 reps per set.
