I thought he was out of sync at first; he's not moving the same way everyone else is. Yet, if you watch and pay attention, he's doing the same moves at the same time everyone else is, it's just the movement and ending position aren't the same.

Watch it and cover the right half, then again and cover the left. The left side look like nameless background dancers in a music video; the guy on the right looks like a legit freestyle dancer.
