  • Amanda doesn't want David to steal her baby so Liza was chosen to take the baby as soon as he or she is born to keep it safe and away from David. She plans to (if she hasn't already) tell David the baby died.

  • Amanda wants someone to adopt her baby right away so it will be safe from David, but I think Jake has secretly chosen Liza to adopt it and is keeping it from Amanda.
