I say travel or live somewhere to find out for yourself. Now there are some places I wouldn't take a chance on going to, but you can really never know till you been there yourself. And that's not even enough. I've been to UAE. Had a great time, especially the nightlife. Even the Security could see in my face how great of a time I was having and that was before I drank anything. If you think everything is the same in that region, stay in your zipcode and be biased.

Do i dare say anything bad? Read some articles on this place. Slave labour. Sewage from hotels right in ocean that tourists swim in and get sick. This place was built with oil money, that is not bad though. Way beyond their means way in debt now. I would not move there. Looks nice though. My biggest issue is slave labour and how those people are treated worse than you can even imagine. Most in that country turn a blind eye though. Ok flame me now for saying bad shrug.....
