A few rambling thoughts as I watch this... How is that possible? That's more like eating a family roast than a steak! I suppose if the stomach takes 20 minutes to signal the brain when it's full, then the best way is to just gulp it down. Of course then you have about 2Kg of beef in your belly to digest for the next 6-8 hours. You'd have to be strong to manage that without pain.
