  • JEDI VS ZOMBIES ....

  • Zombies, Zombies everywhere

  • They won't stand a chance! You shall see that me and the guild will massacre them! <3

  • omg zombies>.>

  • It looks good. I remember the rakghouls from KOTOR, don't think of the rakghouls as zombies just think of them as werewolves because they're more werewolf than zombies. If you get bitten by a werewolf you'll become a werewolf in a few days. Rakghouls literally have really thick skin and are hard to kill, only the bravest and strongest warriors could kill them, but most warriors who defeated a rakghoul also became infected, gosh I sound like a 'nerd',but no I don't play TOR just loved the original

  • I know the story behind these things so I don't see it as a rip off. But people complaining, I don't see why. Not like you have to fight "zombies". And it's not like everything you see is a new idea. Almost nothing is a new idea besides storyline.

You have creatures of the night, aliens, demons, people, psychic powers, magic, or technology repeating in almost every freaking thing you see or watch. If you analyze anything almost you can remember something that used one of the things above that

  • Zombies in star wars, F*cking epic imo

  • hmm i have heard that song before.

  • Thank you Star Wars for again inspiring me to write another zombie story of my own

  • Well, it's a good thing they already developed a serum a good 300 years before the outbreak eh?

  • @ImperialManiac1 Yeah, they deal with that in SWTOR.:)

  • LOOK AT THE TEXTURES GOD ITS SO HORRIFYING

  • Alot of you people need to do research before you QQ on here sayin "OMG Zombies this isn't star wars" "this is cheap way to put zombies in there"

People the Rakghouls have been apart of Star Wars lore for almost a decade now. They were apart of the original Knights of The Old Republic game, you know the game that TOR is based on.

Seriously chill out and research up on this before you make yourself look like an idiot.

  • It's like the people who hate on SWTOR aren't even fans of Star Wars.

"Lul what a shitty game, adding ZOMBIES!!"

Are you people retarded? These are Rakghoul and have been in Star Wars forever, and were in the first KOTOR game.

  • seriously... nothing good ever comes from Taris...

  • This doesn't look Star Wars at all. It looks more like a modern FPS shooter story, which is incredibly lame for me.

  • @Neverdyne you tried the game yet? It's not an fps... it's more of an mmo with lots of guns and a ton of force users (because everyone wants to be jedi/sith)

  • @SuaveNerd2000 Yeah, I'm actually level 50. What I'm saying is the "flavor" of the trailer doesn't look Star Wars at all. They present it as a modern day action movie about zombies, basically. Star Was has it's flavor, it's uniqueness. This looks like any other zombie movie out there.

  • *sigh* i love all the nabs who clearly haven't made it past level 30 yet aswell as all those who are and are dumb enough not to notice that these rakghouls are already in the game. All bioware has gone and done is made a flashpoint with them in.

  • how the hell does this have so many dislikes? this flashpoint seems sick!!!

  • QqwwerrthopppllngdsAxxxxzxxx

  • Wow gay zombies like call of duty did super gay

  • @PrevalentDisease Not sure if trolling, or genuinely stupid.

  • @SolemnDemise

??? this is star wars why is there zombies its like wow having pandas next thing u know theyll have werewolves and vampires in tor super gay ill stick to good old runescape

  • @PrevalentDisease /EPIC FACEPALM. The Rakghouls have been in Star Wars lore for almost a decade now. Did you even play KOTOR?

  • @Gthang213 I used to but I stopped because it turned out one of the guys had genital herpes and he didnt tell anyone else

  • @PrevalentDisease I don't know if your serious or not but imma leave it at that.

  • Lol I remember the rahkgouls from sktor.. :)

  • Zombies+ Star Wars= Nerdgasm

  • @Mallira2 They are not zombies.... End Nergasm.

  • And here I thought this game was going to kill WoW

    HAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • LOL zombies

  • Why does everything have to have zombiez? Its starting to get stupid and annoying. The actual game is so much better without this. Whst we need is expansions. This isnt an fps... Its an mmorpg bioware get your games straight!

  • @camosniper738 Well some games with zombies use different ideas well (like dead rising) while others are just trying to cash the idea in as a new idea (like CoD). Then there are games that use zombies just because it is so much of a parody game, it would not make any sense not to (like saints row).

  • @camosniper738 These are not zombies, their mutants.

  • this is gonna be amazing :D

  • One word best describes this....... TRASH!

    Clearly no debating!!! /uninstalling tonight

  • @KingBbizzi Can I have your stuff?

  • kaon is also in transformers lol

  • Is this still star wars?

  • why all the dislikes? awesome game.

  • totally awesome game defintley want it, zombies make sit more intresting in star wars btw i subscribed does that mean ima jedi?

  • Hey guys I'm really not into any Star Wars game and I'm going to be making an obnoxious comment about how these Rakghouls are actually Zombies, because I dont know NOTHING about KOTOR and that game's story. - 99% of the comments on this video.

  • Comment removed

  • @Sarnius26 lol, can't detect sarcasm

  • @kirby1917 I meant search 'rakghouls' on google.

  • ZOMBIES!!!!!?????!!!!! Jesus, I can't wait when Madden NFL and NHL will have zombies in it, then we will have full circle...

  • Thumbs up for Bioware

  • If anybody does not remember, Rakghouls were in the original KOTOR game and have been a small part of the Star Wars expanded universe for quite some time.

  • @MrFraserFilms2009 They're not zombies idiot, search rakghouls on google.

  • @MrFraserFilms2009 wait but were these the monsters that were under that one city you had to infiltrate to get Bastila back from slavers

  • @reachfanatic1234 yes these are the same monsters only they have evolved over the past 300 years since the destruction of taris. TOR even goes into explaining the origins of the Rakghoul plague.

  • @MrFraserFilms2009 LOL rackgouls are in this game too on planet taris

  • Zombies, really?

  • That's really not TWOR-like!

    That's just killing f*ucking Zombies,

    MAN!!!

  • @Dragonflare222 First, what the hell is TWOR? Second, they're Rakghouls. Mutants that have been in the game since KOTOR 1 and have been in the lore perhaps even before that. Might want to research what it means to be "TWOR-like," Whatever that means.

  • Dead Space?

  • I wouldn't be surprised if this dating simulator goes F2P in a few months. Biodrones defend this shit really pathetically.

  • @TonyKnockOff What dating simulator? Are you drunk son?

  • @armorer2142

    Just like Mass Effect 2.

  • Unless they're CG cutscenes... MMO's make the worst trailers. I know they're just showing the actual gameplay (which is great for an MMO) but still. I just can't get jacked over awkward fighting.

  • @whiteganser The animations in TOR are some of the best in the MMO genre

  • @Gthang213 I know that, but they're still not NEARLY as good as purely single player games. I know it's not the developers fault, the tech simply doesn't exist yet to make an incredibly high-res MMO, but I'm only bitching about the awkward trailers. They just seem so.. videogamey?

  • @whiteganser well it is suppose a video game :D. I think too many people have gotten use to the realistic features of games like C.O.D., Unchated that they forgot that games are still suppose to play like games.

Also if you haven't given TOR a shot i strongly suggest you do. If you loved the Original KOTOR game you will really love this game. The class stories really feel like your playing a KOTOR trilogy for each class.

  • NO FUCKING WAY !! When i starded i thought the game was pretty good but no KOTOR then i found the Revanites that was awesome than i played a flashpoind and the boss was FREAKING REVAN =D Now we get the Rackgouls my fav thing to kill beside Sandpeople =D I don't need KOTOR3 tOR is good enough :D

  • @MrTerrorzone2012 at least someone here knows the history behind the Rakghouls it amazes me how many people come on here not knowing that these creatures have been in star wars lore for almost a decade now

  • Ahh the mandatory zombie mode is here! *sarcasm off* FUCK YEAH thought it would take longer for them to start releasing things tbh :)

  • I'm at this part in the game now. (Taris)

  • Long long long long time ago in a galaxy far far far away there was one man, one man, one man who could save the universe from ZOMBIES!!

Rakghouls kotor I miss you new old republic nahhh

  • OMG... rakghouls...

    Anyone remember Kotor....

Ah the memories.... I shit myself when I first saw a rakghoul

  • @gamesmasterSJ9848 Me too... this is a great story line for SWTOR!

  • Ok, I'm going to go ahead and say it...FUCK YEAH! ZOMBIES!!!

  • Just bought the game payed my subscription and downloading it now cant wait

  • @1catak Welcome. If you are in Mandalore server - look me up. Name: armorer, Krista, Leloo

  • this doesn't look like star wars. what do you guys think ?

  • @NeoKailthas buy the game and see for yourself. there is no Jar Jar thanks God!

  • @rabidm0ng0se ...dude...your taking this way to serious.

  • It was only a matter of time before the rakghouls leared to fly too, I'm just wait to see if sandpeople to take off masks, wonder what they look like really

  • These aren't zombies. Play Knights of the Old Republic. Rakghouls are mutated creatures

  • LOL this isn't mass effect

  • The Old Resident Evil

  • i love it stops at 00:52

  • nice update :D

  • People on here to take things to seriously, I was talking about werewolves and the moon theory and I got like 4 replays about werewolves not being real. I mean come on No shit Sherlock I was talking mythological

  • PLZ let there be SW TOR on xbox

  • @MrFastestboyalive buy pc or mac

  • @armorer2142 you can but for Pc

  • @JakeZuckerguss Buy*

  • @badboybitch69 agreed

  • Great, exactly what star wars has been missing all these years.. Zombies.. -_- morons.. Don't they get tired of zombie games/movies?

  • @badboybitch69 you may want to research before you make a silly comment like that. The Rakghouls were apart of the original KOTOR game. You the game that this one is based off of. So they have been apart of Star Wars lore for quite some time now.

  • Noooooooooooooooo not another zombie parody game =(

  • 37 WoW players waiting with baited breath for the Kung Fu Panda expansion where the talent trees are even more simplified to suite a 5 year old and poke action will take place !. WoW - 2005 - Dec 2011 / TOR - Dec 2011 - 2015 then (Titan).

  • Omg its so awesome that there bringing rakgouls back :)

  • Damn dude thats epic

  • DAMN NATURE U SCARY!!!

  • umbrela in a galaxy far far away..

  • Essentially, they're Zombies.

  • I can't believe everybody is arguing about this, they are monsters from space and jedi will kill and be kill....just more of the same a different day...

  • these are not zombies you fucking morons, they were actually in a star wars game before shitty call of duty

  • Yoda: Strong with the Force, The Old Republic is.

Darth Vader: The Force is strong with this game.

Hayden Christensen: Is the Force strong with me?

    *Double Facepalm*

  • @TheWatthegames Hayden Christiansen = Darth Vader *triple facepalm*

  • I remember rakghouls looking slightly more animalistic

  • Zombies in star wars? I never would have guessed...

  • Wow ima going to lose alot of life this year....

  • PFF!! And zombies again!! How "cool" and "creative"!! :/

  • @Antidoxy They're not zombies, they're rakghouls.

  • If you launch a game... make a zombie mode... always

Sure require some skills killing Co-op.... NOT

  • are these infected the same ones from knights of the old republic (the first one) which infect people and you need to find a cure for in that city you first land on. If so all you players are in for a hell of a ride coz they were scary and hard as shit to go up against in the first so just wait till you get put up against them in a dungeon or something.

  • seems interesting

  • I want this game! I remember playing through star wars the old republic 2 on xbox like 15 times

  • First!

  • Zombies.......we all knew it would happen

  • Zombi dlc was your first thought bioware? Don't think that's the best move for a Starwars MMO

  • @ChEILoZ they are fast giant mutated living creatures if anything they are closer to werewolves not slow dead humans.

  • @ChEILoZ Its not DLC. Its a content patch. DLC is typically found on digital distribution like Steam or the PSN or Xbox Live. This is a content patch that is completely free and comes is downloadable via the game client. Also, Rakghoul DLC. Difference.

  • Creepy-ass music at the beginning.

  • Goddamn it, I hated rakghouls (thus hating Taris), but this still looks cool

  • "If you post it... Nerds will come"

  • dont worry guys looking through star wars, this out break has not destroyed the galaxy..

  • My lightsaber just rose...

  • RAKGHOUL!

  • Actually the moon theory was just a made up thing, werewolves actually have the ability to change at will.

  • @Metrokiller555 big suprise for ya... they're not real -___-

  • @Metrokiller555 here's one for ya THERE NOT REAL

  • I SOO WANT THIS GAME AAAARRRRGGGGHHH

  • Das ist schon ziemlich fail wenn der Trailer schon laggy ist xD

  • They need to fix low fps issue before adding shit.

  • @bmdshred77

Fix your computer, my fps is fine

  • Rakghoul were already present in KOTOR!!

  • Rakghouls -- like zombies with the Force.

  • @Peter0rb2866 1 - not like zombies 2 - don't think they have the force. No part of your comment is correct.

  • @demiser21 Actually, there are rhakghouls that can use the force.

  • i loved this game before now they made it into some nerd mmorg shit! Fuck that i have a life im not playing this shit.

  • @nickblaze420 really cuz alot of ppl hate the game now since its all buggy and nothing really 2 do so i dont think u even played the mmo

  • @lupinmodz erm, you mean the vocal complaining casuals that can't do an Operation hate the game because it doesn't cater to them. If that's the case, my 6 month subscription is safe!

  • @SolemnDemise i never said that i just hate all the bugs in the game im lvl 50 but i never done operation yet, there are just alot of bugs

  • The basic idea of the Rakghoul is heavily inspired by zombies. They're NOT original. Get over youselves you fucking fanboys

  • @Zoran54321 For one, they are mutants. Mutants. Mutants. They procreate by introducing a mutant strain into the basic humanoid genome as well as natural reproduction. Mutant. Not Zombie. Difference. Inspiration =/= Blatant ripoff or a lack of creativity. So yeah.

  • @Zoran54321 Really? Inspired by zombies? And you know this how? Personally I find them to have more in common with werewolves or vampires.

  • @Zoran54321 they are fast giant mutated living creatures. Infection spread is not distinct to zombies lots of other creatures have it like vampires & werewolves. In fact you could say Rakghouls are most similar to werewolves seeing as how it transforms their body.

  • @demiser21 it sticks to Zombies, Werewolves have the ability to change during a fool moon and revert back to normal under normal daylight, some loose there memories and become feral others are able to control themselves, Vampires on the other hand stay vampire but can keep there memories, Rakghouls are more zombie like than you'd like to admit, the host looses all previous memory, and goes decaying and reverts to basic instincts and the disease is spread through biting if anything a Rakghoul

  • @JRDShamrock not all werewolves turn in relation to the moon and most lore says they cannot control themselves. I don't believe Rakghouls decay and again vampires & werewolves are also spread through bite.

  • @JRDShamrock you do know werewolves, zombies and vampire lore has changed a lot since they were first introduced. and in my opinion, these look more were wolfish, rule one of zombies is that they are dead and by decompossing and rigomortis, can not move fast. these are alive

  • @stephenrodgers1000 still like I have said before Rakghouls are more of a hybrid of all 3

they are infected by bite (like Vamps and ZOmbies) decay (to an extent and the infection is cause by decease, Like Zombies) and there physical appearance changes drastically enhancing strength, and agility as well as other senses like smell (like Lycans)

  • @stephenrodgers1000 No arguing here man, just debating, first time I ever see a polite debate on the internet too xD

  • @demiser21 is a hybrid of all three Zombies, vampires and werewolf

  • @Zoran54321 No one said that it wasn't inspired by zombies. But saying the Rakghoul are zombies is wrong. They are an infected people that can be cured if the disease is caught early enough.Just because something is inspired by something does not mean it is a complete carbon copy of the original idea and not original.Batman is a super hero and so is Spider-Man but that does not make them the same in form, they are both completely original ideas inspired by an original idea.

  • @Jacecaldon I dont want to sound like a smart ass I rEALLY DONT, but saying both are original ideas inspired by an original idea, doesnt make them original, so that logic is flawed

  • @Jacecaldon zombies can be cured if caught early enough, don't they have a cure in one of the resident evil movies (not quite sure but i think they have one in one of the movies)

  • @tickingmadness1 theres a cure for infection both in the games and in the movies, however the movie cure has some serious side effects if the host is injected with it after a extended period, in the games, particularly RE4 if im not mistaken, its not so much a cure but, removing the virus infected parasite before it incubates.... again im saying Rakghouls are more of a hybrid of all 3 rather than saying they are more inspired by one particular virus...

  • @JRDShamrock i don't want to argue about what they are i just wanted to point out about the cure or whatever it is, if they aren't zombies that's okay with me, it's just easy to mistake some of the ones shown in this trailer as zombies, but if they aren't then i guess my first thought was wrong xD

  • Zombies in SWTOR! My life is complete

  • holy shit there are a lot of retarded people out there they are NOT!!! zombies

  • @Jewlicous They are pretty similar to zombies

  • @Zoran54321 they are fast giant mutated living creatures yeah that's similar do slow dead humans o_0

  • there arent zombies they are ratgool get over urself ppl u never played none of the games so stop saying its zombies

  • Ah ha now I see one part from the original Kotor games has made it's way into their MMO in epic fashion.I always wondered what would happen in the Rakghoul infection became widespread.Couple more amazing things like this and I'll be joining the ToR universe.

  • Star Wars of the Living Dead. O_O

  • @bigstabby except they aren't living dead so 0_0

  • @demiser21 Alright, Star Wars of the Living Dead knock-offs. I'm just saying, it looks like a Star Wars game that's trying to be Resident Evil or Dead Space. It's silliness.

  • @bigstabby Rakghouls have been in the franchise since before Dead Space was even a concept. And no, this is a content patch, not an actual full length game. Researching topics is a lost art apparently.

  • @SolemnDemise What are you talking about? I'm not saying the creatures are a rip off of Dead Space, I'm saying the atmosphere and gameplay is. And the creatures, whatever you want to call them, aren't creative. They're obviously derived from frantic zombies. I don't need to do research to try and legitimize a blatant rip-off of Dead Space or whatever other generic survival horror games have been out there.

  • @bigstabby You know these creatures have been around since 2003 when they were first introduced in the original KOTOR game right?

  • @Gthang213 And 28 Days Later was a year before that, but I'm not even saying that. I'm talking about the gameplay in general. Not the creatures. But while we're talking about the creatures I might as well mention that the creatures aren't that much more original than the average running, frantic zombie. Let's no pretend it's something, even the slightest bit new.

  • @bigstabby I never said these creatures were new or a even a new idea. All i am saying is people shouldn't be surprised or complain that they are making a cheap zombie patch when Bioware created these creatures in their original KOTOR game years ago.

  • @Gthang213 Not surprised. But they shouldn't pull some shit like this and not expect flaming. It's bound to happen. Merely exploiting this idea, which isn't new, to cash in on the zombie craze. It's weird.

  • @bigstabby if it was something they hadn't created then you would have a case. But this is something they made years ago. If they want to expand on the Rakghouls let em its their right. People shouldn't be simple minded and think because there is a zombie craze that they are related when really they are not.

  • @bigstabby No. They're not a rip off of frantic zombies. They've been this way since 2003. Frantic Zombies came of age since about the time L4D and Dead Space came out, but since KOTOR was so off the beaten path and in the general concept of an RPG, it was hard to capture the same sense of "franticness" as other games have. That being said, it was still terrifying to hear about these things and fearing what would happen if you actually were infected by one. Scary stuff.

  • @SolemnDemise In my recollection the first "frantic zombies" were in 2002 with 28 Days Later. Actually scratch that, the first time I ever seen frantic zombies was in Return of the Living Dead from the 80's (greatest zombie movie ever). They ran and shit. Anyways I'm really not saying the creatures are a knock-off. I'm just saying the atmosphere of the game and everything reminds me of every other survival horror game that's saturated the market. But I can't judge yet. Might be cool.

  • Star Wars + Zombies + MMO + Dubstep = My Life Down The Toilet
