Nah this isnt a travel, his first of the three steps is as he is picking up the ball so its not counted as a step. I have seen lebron, kobe, A.I. all travel tho and not get called. The refs are told to "pardon" the extra step if its a superstar so that cool stuff will happen and people will keep watching
