LAM Cliffjumper Review

Good review I can understand the doors/wings on Bumblebee as bees have wings but I've never seen a cliff or a jumper with wings. It's a shame that two completely different characters look pretty much the same in virtually every series.

My problem with the repaints of Armada/Energon/Cybertron in the movie line is that the molds don't really fit the movie aesthetic - they're too humanoid to fit in with the proper (alien-esque) movie figures.

I don't collect from Armada, Energon and Cybertron because the figures look far too toyish and Playskoolish (i.e. they look like they really are aimed for people of 5 years) - especially in Armada!

Despite your comments on the iffy colour matching, I still want Cliffjumper!

He is worth picking up indeed. The colour is iffy however it is something that can be put up with!!

Also, If your a dab hand at model painting yourself, it should be easy to fix yourself!!

You know what strikes me as odd about Bumble Bee? He's a young sports car, made for Sam because Sam is a young teenager. He acts like a toddler in certain scenes as well as a teenager. Almost being the perfect friend for Sam. But for some fucking reason, when he has his voice back, he has this mature, English butler type voice. I mean, WTF is up with that? That makes absolutely no sense to me!

The actions scenes are a 6/10 at best for me. The lack of character development (humans and transformers alike), story, some action, Decepticon screen time, and for me to care is what really brought the movie down for me. I mean I remember sitting in the theater watching it, and I was just not that excited while watching. The fight scenes pumped me up a little, but there were so many cut aways that it soured it. Also, Megan Fox is a horrible actress. Cardboard could've filled in for her.

Of course, I'm sick of Hasbro. Period. They just upset me. If it's not the re-paints than it's Michael Bay (Which probably isn't their fault to begin with, but I want to blame someone). I say we take over Hasbro. Hold up some hostages and make our demands. Of course, as ring leader I get dips on first demand. *Cough* Kill Bay *Cough*. And before anyone says anything I am not a lowly "G-1er" as many people claim I just simply don't like Bay. Most, if nto all, his movies annoy me.

I personally am getting sick of it when Hasbro just takes an already existing toy, repaints it, and then it's suppose to be another character. It's really annoying. Can't we just have separate figures for separate Transformers?! The only time this actually works out is with the Seekers (i.e. Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp).

What really annoys me with the Movie Range is that they are repainting "Unicron Trilogy" figures which look nothing like realistic modern cars!!!

They repainted Armada Red Alert and Made it Inferno.......Why not just make a fire truck figure..................I don't get Hasbro at all!!!
