  • the girl is kinda cute

  • muscle ups are a lot more about technique than most people think... all about knowing when to pull when to kick etc, so it's not surprising that you aren't good at muscle ups even if you are good at pull ups... not when you haven't had any practice anywho

    If you are kicking while doing a muscle up.... you're doing it wrong.

  • @GantTheFallen doing a muscle up from dead hang is very hard. doing a muscle up with a kick is a lot easier. it's not wrong to use a kick.

  • @polevaulter08 haha... our girls are just beast! It is wierd though, we took like 2 week break from gymanstics, and when i came back i can do like multiple ones easily....

  • guys you have to relax your muscles focus all your energy into one fast, powerfull, aggressive pull, have to be realy aggressive.

  • you people need to start doing some more pull up before you can start doing that. i'll show you how it's done, don't worry.

  • i'm actually in the states now and we don't have the facilities you have here in jamaica but i can show you a thing or two, not sure how many pull ups i can do so that would be a show down between us, but 'm sure i would come out on top. might not be able to bench lbs200 but i can pull lbs60 more than my body wieght.
