You're the weird one man. They rated it fairly. Duelist Packs are only for people who don't wanna waste time tearing tons of Boster Packs for Rainbow Dragon etcs. Plus they come with cards not in any Boosters Packs at some points... Also American people either don't know that it's not their card game to be acting like they know everything or they are just weird...

the packs in Japan aren't always holding a rare card, that's why some of the rarer cards in the TCG are less rare in the OCG. and the cyber dragon in that pack, i have heard, is the hardest card to pull actully...
