  • Trzeba mieć słowiańska duszę aby przezyć chwile wzruszeń i zadumy jakie nam ofiarowuje Okudzawa NIEZASTAPIONY WIELKI . Pamiętajmy o czym spiewał!!! Alicja

  • "But on the fields dwell only crows " I think he actually sings "getting fatter" instead of "dwell" . "Zhireyut" not "Zhivut"

  • Dobrze,że wrzuciłeś "Buty" apiać".Dzięki !!!!

Wiesz ile estymy czuję do tej Pięśni !!!!

  • ....i wszystko jasne !!!!!!

  • I dont think you have to be Russian. All the nations that have extreme experiences with war and destruction see and understand Bulat's inspiration. He is an universal poet. His tragedy is a tragedy of the entire lost generation...and others who were personaly affected by war

  • dank!

  • the singer is NOT Russian, he's Georgian...He used to sing in russian language though, because he lives in the USSR, where russian language dominated

See difference between the Russia and USSR

  • @NewSashka71 I think he is actually an Abhaz. He is not Georgian for sure

  • @milpitas1985 he has ethnic georgian surname: okudja-va. and not abkhazian (arsh-ba, khajin-ba, chach-ba). maybe his surname comes from abkhazia. many georgians were ousted from their historic land which called abkhazia.

  • @NewSashka71 it"s not correct. Bulat Okudzava was born in Moscow

  • @IF1359 , so what? 130 non-russian ethnicities was born in moscow

  • Can anyone translate song on english, i know a little bit of russian but it's not enough in this case :( Pleaseeee!

  • Do You hear, the clatter of soldiers boots? And see a wind of birds in insane flight? And women looking from under the hand? Do you understand what theyre looking at? Do You hear the rattle of drums? Soldier, say good-bye to her, good-bye to her Platoon departs into a fog of dust And only the past looks brighter, brighter, brighter. Soldier, where did we leave our courage, When we retreating and coming back? probably women are stealing it and keeping it safely in their breasts
  • But friend, what are our women gona do The moment when we cross our threshold? They will welcome us and lead into home But the house is full of odor of theft And we ignore the past; it is a lie And we hope for the future; it is light But on the fields dwell only crows And behind them war is stepping in And again the echo of soldier boots, and the wind of birds in insane flight? and women look from under the hand they look at the back of our necks

  • Ludzie dedykujecie nie swoje piosenki!

  • swietny kawalek

  • Śliczne -dedykuję to mojej zmarłej mamie i ojcu - pokoleniu 2 Wojny Światowej.

  • pięknie

  • Skvělý zpěvák, i když mám raději Vysockého.

Great singer though I like more Vysockij.

  • Dedykuje ją mojemu zmarłemu ojcu , on bardzo lubił bułata

  • piękna piosenka!!!

  • anyone knows where arelyrics to this song?

Żeby zostały same zalety i słowiańska tradycja? Wtedy dopiero byłby to dla nas najwspanialszy sąsiad. I vice versa.

  • There is no "Ours and Yours"

There is no "Us and Them"

    No hay "Nosotros y Ellos"

Es gibt nicht "Uns und Euch"

    Только есть "Mы"

    Il y a seulement d'"Nous"

    There is only "We"

  • see your family doctor!

  • there are 2 or 3 nice sites with both video & audio... also, try searching here "Булат Окуджава" in the searchbox, much more his videos there (from concerts, poet evenings, etc) under cyrillic you see, than under Latin transcription of his name. you're welcome.

  • P.S. I was replying to "bortoon's" question.

anyhow, this particular version is from his concert in Leningrad, 1969.

  • great, thanks a lot.

  • u could get any russian music off of enet for free...a good site i know is either bard dot ru or bards dot ru, cant remember...but u could probably just google-ru it or yandex it, and u'll find something.

  • Bulat Okudzawa zawsze byl i jest w i e l k i

i dlatego gratuluje wyboru tematu na video-film,

  • Bulat wrotes ans sings in polish too!

  • The son of a Georgian father and an Armenian mother, Bulat Okudzhava spoke and wrote only in Russian. This was because his mother, who spoke Georgian, Azeri, and, of course, Armenian, had always requested that everyone who came to visit her house "Please, speak the language of Lenin - Russian.lol

  • Please message me if you have any mp3 of Vladimir Vysotskyi or Bulat Okudjava or another russian folk musicians.

  • Sorry, Vladimir Vysotskyi and Bulat Okudjava are not folks music, they are Bards - authors of text, music and singers at one person

  • in short, they are genuises
