this is helping me to learn the kata a lot. im going to a regional tournament in july with my new shiny brown belt and im bricking it. im doing empi but plan to learn sepai properly for the national qualifiers in september so this video is really helpful, thanks x

that is a stance i am realy working on, i've got dodgy ankles so having to work hard to make small gains in there flexability - but will keep going!
