If I was and architect I would make one long road like the champs elysees in Paris with 8 big lanes with trees, flowers, designed sidewalks with shops, stores,and resturants, AWWW im dreaming all about this, I love Phnom Penh with those white buildings and red tiles roofs it reminds me of singapore.
