Many Americans suffer from the NIMBY effect. If it isn't affecting them or if it isn't in their back yard then belief is that it doesn't really have to do with them. We need to all wake up and realize that big corporations are controlling the very laws that sustain simple life and it does affect us-all of us-completely.
