Well done George, Melissa, T. Gre, and the rest of the crew at Merrion. I'd vote for you. I don't know about CIA datamining, but faster transmission speeds and increased bandwidth can't help but increase the possibility of interconnectivity and make the world a smaller place. Favorite part was Mr Ma Google taking a load off on farmingtonstones spare tire in the atomic wedgie scene. I'm into deep, ointellectual humor!
Astounding Video. I like the way it stayed on Theme "you don't even know ...." & the way it visited all the environments, technology, recreation, education, health care, navajo nation economic development...Superb. Entertaining & thought provoking !!!!!
My RIGHT to expose Google for the government tool they are, just as it's your right, which I will stand up for, to make such a closed minded and ignorant comment! Have a great day, Shinzool!
I tend to give brief responses to dumb posts. Why would it matter whether Google is in Farmington or California? I'll use their search engine either way. Oh no! What if I end up on a statistic showing that some people are curious about how to operate a TI-83+ calculator?! I'd rather end up as that statistic at 1Gb than 1.5Mb. LOL@U noob
willietheraildog, how would Google's coming here make that worse? Seems you're the one that's closed minded... sort of an "out of site, out of mind" kind of mentality. Whether Google comes here (Farmington) or not, your internet activities can still be monitored. Whether Google is involved in data mining or not, do I care? No. So what if they are helping the CIA, so what if they're setting up intellipedia? Sounds like the whinings of a guilty man to me...
Make the world a smaller place? No smaller, just more tightly controled, i.e. global government. All I'm saying is we should resist the police state, not accomidate it.
Enjoyed the video - GREAT job! What a creative bunch! Lynn
