Ayurvedic Treatment of Hypertension/High Blood Pressure

I live in Hawaii, and we don't have ayurvedic practitioners here. I need pancha karma. Im sick, have hypertension, leaky gut syndrome, gallstones, liver stones, digestive issues, blood deficiency, and tight chest and back daily. Do you know where I can find a ayurvedic doctor here in Hawaii or America. My health problems got worse after having my baby months ago. Medical care is too much money here in America. I wish I could fly to India, but am scared because of hypertension tight chest.
