How did you rent this place? Did you actully go see it in person before the summer? This is why you go down in Jan-Mar, to walk thur the places in person! I had a friend would rented a place "site unseen" too, i punched him in the head!! He knows better NOW!!
This is 10 Morningside Road in OCNJ. I didn't give enough commentary, and my camera works leaves a lot to be desired. Nevertheless, I think it's clear this place is dilapidated, dank, & dingy. It's actually worse in person. The landlord charged me $1,700 for the week. Far better places can be had for the same price or less. Be warned. This is no place for your family. I packed up and left right away. I wouldn't let my children sleep here.
