That is not a moral commandment, but a Levitical one. We no longer serve the law, but Christ; we no longer follow religious outward festivals and appearances, but now we follow the Will of God.
The only reason that Tattoos would be sinful in this new covenant (For don't you know that when Jesus came the law changed also? read Hebrews 7:11-12) would be if it does not bring glory to God, or if it is destructive to the body God has sanctified as the Holy Temple in which His Spirit lives.

But we need to be careful in using that passage of scripture legalistically, for I can easily say (from that passage of scripture) eating candy, or dessert, or other things which are not healthy for the body is a sin... You can even go as far as to say that tanning is a sin, since any form of tanning is destructive to the skin.

The historical evidence for the resurrection of Jesus is also powerful-I challenge you to take a serious look at it with an open mind. What is the historical evidence for that mythical Egyptian deity dying on a cross and rising from the dead? Christianity is based in history.
