guns you can dual wield is the all machine pistols and handguns, and most sub machineguns and a couple shotguns.

It was the last one unlocked but whether it was the best is a matter of opinion. The best I think was the M4OA3 which was the first one unlocked. Anyway, you never know, this might be the only COD4 sniper in the game, there are probably loads more which are better.
