  • See, THIS is why Jazzy Jeff is my favorite DJ/Turntablist.

  • Ow damn, best set ever man. Word.

  • I had this on a casette tape. Damn, I miss those things. Bigass walkman hanging on your belt with your grafitti name buckle. Spraycan art on your pants, rinding your no-nose Powell Peralta deck, hanging out in the park smoking weed while we listened to this album on a boombox.

  • This audio had me dreaming of being a DJ. Thanx Jazzy Jeff/Fresh Prince.

  • What we have here is true Mcing and i think this was the last mc album to be recorded.

  • This is by far!!!! the best scratching you will ever here, even nowadays! respect to The Scratch Pickelz and all of them DJ's and crews today but Jazzy is just one of those Dj's the put the needle in the right groove every single time :)

  • eu tive o prazer de ter este dico duplo

    saudades

  • @rogerbike

Realmente, Jazzy Jeff é outro nível :D

  • This album should be sent to all these wanna be tryers out there of today! Also they should send I'm Bad , Raising Hell, Paid in Full, Criminal Minded, Ryhme Pays and a host of other albums to anyone trying to rap nowadays! The blueprint of rap should be followed and maybe someday they might make it to hip hop honors! I know you all have albums that I missed, feel free to add to the list................

  • Very true... and DJs need to be a part of hip hop.. none of that stupid mixtape DJ crap. Show your respect to hip hop and scratch a damn record, if you wanna make a mixtape, preview the record by scratching it up, so we get a sample of the upcoming song, though not it's true form while at the same time we can appreciate your Dj-ing skills.

I think production also decreases the quality in hip hop, ad-lib was caused problems too, background ad-libs divide the flow making it sound choppy.

  • @LGKids Ultramagnetic MC's- Critical Beatdown, Queen Latifah- All Hail the Queen, Treacherous Three, Public Enemy- It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold us Back, Yo!Bum Rush the Show, Kool G. Rap & DJ Polo- Road to the Riches, Big Daddy Kane- Long Live the Kane, EPMD- Unfinished Business, EPMD- Business as Usual, Main Source-Breaking Atoms, De La Soul-3 Feet High & Rising...

  • @ShonWonPowerMix , stop, stop, I can't take no more, you play dirty and hit hard!lol! You know you got me up here rapping and sanging all the songs from each album and artist! I have that Main Source impeded in my brain in case of emergency! Peace, and don't be so mean, a true hip hop head you are!

  • Got this double album tucked away some where in a stack of records. I seem to remember it's the only track on the album that's worth listening to.

  • Word. I heard the first 2 seconds and now its back like a snapshot.. Like I never left. 22 years!

I love what Jazzy does man.

Jazzy transforms and shit gets ill.

I'm trying to find the full version

  • is there a fuller version to this

i know this from the album

    and its shorter

  • Yeah man, I haven't actually heard this version.

If you want the true LP original it's NOWHERE.

I looked EVERYWHERE. I can't get used to how bad Nightmare is cut. Cant find the original anywhere. But most is all good.

Some guy told me that if I wanted the full versions to download Vuze and then go to thepiratebay and get all their stuff. But I already got all their stuff

For the record, without Jazzy Jeff, I don't listen to Will Smith either. Up to 93 was the end of it.

    93 was raps best year.

  • you gotta give it til at least late 94...no ready to die or illmatic? no Infamous or first round wu??

  • Aw naw man, I meant up to '93 was DJJJ+FP.

After Jazzy left the sound got soft. Late 90s early 2s with only Will was tough to listen to. The work wasnt there in his lyrics anymore. Honestly Will can't rap anymore at all. And that's coming from a full bonafide DJJJ+FP follower. I ran Tyson and Nightmare for like 5 years straight at least.

I'm not talking that "WS sold out" shit either, that brother a roll model. Obama x5 in my opinion.

    But I'm just a guy.

    Peace

  • Oh yeah, I forgot to say, Wu and Spice 1 and KRS, even Luniz, SSC, Da Lench Mob, Cube, T, Pac, too many to name man, but all the 90s was bangin.

I dont understand how the fuck Lil W. is on my muthafuckin TV and KRS is underground. Can somebody explain that shit to me?

That's like naming me the favorite against Tyson.

  • Don't start with Lil W and all these guys nowdays...cause you and I know that's no hip-hop at all. How is it that people don't even know who KRS, Jazzy, EPMD, or BDK are? It's all about music brainwashing today, poundin us with mainstream bs on the radio.

Even the awards don't make any sense, how is Jay Z considered the best in hiphop?

  • All true. All so true.

Jay-Z is multi-million if not billionaire. He's doing a ton of things making big money. He's like the "dream come true" rapper.

I might give JayZ a "most accomplished rapper turned businessman award." But in NO WAY should he be held above the likes of KRS in any facet involving creativity or hype factor.

You'll never ever fall asleep listening to KRS.

Good to know some haven't forgotten rap.

    Peace brutha

  • @D33veeoss i can explain that real easy.

80% off the world is too dumb to whipe their own ass, let alone knowing what good music is.

  • @D33veeoss

I'll explain that to you: It's the conspiracy that dynasties like the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and the Bushes run on most of the world. You gotta realise that 9/11 was an inside job and Hollywood and TV works to dumb down mainly Americans. They only want Li'l W and Lady Gaga out to the masses and supress the truth - like that of KRS.

Why do you think Pac was killed? That's right. He did not want to undergo the control of "the Illuminati."

    No joke!

  • @Thetan1974 thanks bro ive been telling these dudes that for the pass few years thanks again!!!!!

  • @D33veeoss

And to make things worse, Will Smith is as it looks totally under Iluminati control: Super Hollywood (crap) star and pro Israel. Simply a tool for you'd call The New World Order.

Listen to KRS1 say a little something about it right here: watch?v=eAaQNACwaLw

    - and please watch the entire documentary you haven't already!

  • So how you mean? You mean say King Solomon and that whole bloodline, the iriginal Israelite is babylon? Bwoy yuh must be out your tampon-ass mind son.

But let me clear this to the critical REAL quick like for yo ass.....

    Get wit this........

SO I SUPPOSE YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN TOO STRAIGHT UP?

....or is it that you back one conspiracy and not the other depending on what you choose?

You live your life in fear huh?

You think if you know about illum, that you're safe?

  • @Thetan1974 Are you NAIVE enough to presume that if the illum. are who you say they are.....that they have you THINK ING and ACTINg and TALKING about EXACTLY what they want you to?

Do you realize that you're IN THIS CHANNEL *Fear-Mongering* the god people EVEN BETTER than CNN could do?

You're a puppet no different than any of it's presidents it's installed.

You need to think on that.....out side of this channel.

  • @D33veeoss because jews own the music industry and push mindless, culture killing bullshit onto the masses. Thats why so many dope cats are almost unheard of, and the worst of the worst gets pushed all over your tv and radio. Its no mistake the shittiest artists, and the ones that speak about nothing but the same old tired bullshit, get promoted to the top and jammed down our throats everywhere we look. Hip hop has been hijacked and now its being used to kill that whole culture.

  • @thatstheguy07 I was thinking about this the other day.

I realized that people don't know the good rap because they never heard of it. In the 80s, MANY white people had never even heard of rap. Especially up north and in Canada. When I pump my tunes, no matter what they are, (nothing after 2000 usually really) I see people hear the rhyme flow. The way the raps are put together, and they ALWAYS cock their ear to one side like, " I know that's rap...but it sounds really really very good!?"

    -

  • @thatstheguy07 And I can see them on the street wondering "who IS that? That sounds GOOD. That's the type of rap I LOVE but can't find ANYWHERE."

    -

That's when I realized that if people got together and bought HALF the airplay on MTV/Much Music/Radio Air time...I realized that people WOULD buy KRS and WOULD buy E. Sermon , Cube, T, GITM, Snoop, E, Pac, Biggy, Wu, and ALL that really hiphop.

    -

But the fact is they haven't heard of them. At least not the teal head-bangers.

  • @thatstheguy07 No exposure. No education. No sales.

    -

"...push mindless, culture killing bullshit onto the masses..."

    -

    Exactly.

  • @D33veeoss yer list is awfully mainstream......cmon kid.....luniz? luniz were pure garbage except for got 5 on it.....and fuck wu tang....

  • @LASVEGASGHETTO - You aint nothin but a spectatin busta. - Anyone talking about "fuck WU" don't got a gat damn clue. - Now you hear me now....I only really like 36 Chambers and some tunes here and there. Ol Dirty Collab with b.Rhymes . - But even not really bumpin MOST of their shit.....I'd still have to be a FUCKING IDIOT to try to downplay the role of WU in hip hop today and what they're done to get where they are. - Those are some of the LEAST TEMPORARY niggaz in the game. -
  • That's how I know you're a busta ass sucka SPECTATING HATIN BOZO-ASS CLOWN.

    No respect.

I also call you a spectator because if nothing these niggaz rap on ring true to your own experience then you need to shut the fuck up and move on.

Broke Niggaz Make The Best Crooks.

    Put The Lead On Em

    I'm not even gonna continue.

    Studio sucka..

As for underground raps, people like you ride jock just because it's called "underground" even though the ratio of bunk to hits is the same as the 90s main.

  • @D33veeoss are you on drugs? lmfao.....wtf......

  • @D33veeoss u got somethin to prove to yerself? sounds like it.....QUIT FAKIN JAX.....son.......u aint foolin me.......

  • @D33veeoss and BTW....i only read about 1 sentence of the BOOK you wrote me.....herb.....

  • @D33veeoss this outta be good...im waitin for yer next LOAD OF BS....wanna be......

  • @D33veeoss because the hip hop fans date artist

  • Love it! ;D)
