when i plant a seed bag, i leave fresh land in the middle, stand there and use it...it'll be spread all over and it gives me access to the middle when the plant grows............

and u dont have to put your dog in the hot house, all u need to do is:

1. Get 3 Lumber

2. put 1 lumber in the upper right corner where there is still land (do not put it on the grass)

3.do the same for the left upper corner

4. put the last 1 in the middle

1. This is the original PSX version, but the PSP one is a direct port.

2. No the game is in a 3D isometric view.

3. In one you play as a man, and in the other, as a woman. Your love interests change depending on which character you choose. I think some events change as well, but overall its the same game.

4. Personnally, I think this game is the best of the Harvest Moon series because there's so much to do and everything was well implemented in my opinion =D

I spent so many hours with this game back in 2000. I bought it while it was on clearance at what was then EB Games, not really expecting much. I was so surprised at how addictive this game was though. I even later plunked down 15 bucks for the strategy guide (and I NEVER bought strategy guides) so I could learn everything about the game. Those were good times I spent with this overlooked gem I tell you.

ohh btw, i used almost all my farm with crops, have 12 sheeps, 8 cows, 10 chickens 7 of them with golden eggs, and my hothouse is for flowers ^^

and looya619 is better to improve your tools when you reach team to 400% cause you dont waste too much money and minerals. if you are already at summer, you can ask the harvest sprites(gnomes next to church) to do your farm labour. just give them food 1 time each 3 or 4 days to stay them happy

@looya619 you should increase water can level with minerals of the mine behind the waterfall. go with the needed mineral to the blacksmith and give him the mineral and say you want to improve your tool.

after you get gold water can you can water a 3x3 area at same time, and when you get mythril you water a 5x3 area.

as in all of first year's event in first year..so...yeah..u do need 100 of every spring crop to get power berry, not the flowers, crops ! and the berries, 1 from the oak tree, 1 from the horse race, 1 from the television sale, 1 from the summer swimming event, 1 from the mine, 1 from the winter mine, 1 behind the winter mine..if there's more i probably forgotten..like yeah..sorry..oh ! and 1 from winter fishing at sea ! and to win cooking contest, use relaxation tea leaves !

The stones you get in the beginning. (you can lift them, NOT buy them)To upgrade the water can, get a Blue Mineral from the mine, hold both items in your hand, and talk to the Blacksmith and pay 5000 Gold. To ride the horse, it should be one year old atleast. And you might have to buy it from the Blacksmith, good thing, you can directly put your harvest stuff inside the Horse.
