  • @BRIOCHIN22000 "Hello" France - Thank you for such a nice comment, Merci beaucoup. :-)

  • Hy, i'm a big fan of you. Can you do a video like this on your new van??

  • @shotman1988 I've tried before now, but the layout is different in the new van so I cant film the dash so easily like I did in this video. The new van is not so camera friendly. :-)

I will have to try and see what I can work out, thank you :-)

  • what's the name of the last song?

  • @pustinata "Criticise" Alexander O'Neil

  • @Bevoin1970 Thanks man,this is great song.

  • @pustinata Its a very old song, good though... :-)

  • What's the name of the last song?

  • You find them painted on roads where people are allowed to cross the roads at either "Pelican" crossings which are controlled by traffic lights, wait for the green man before crossing etc or "Zebra" crossings painted black & white strips on the road and not controlled by lights. It just means a crossing area and motorists are not permitted to park there cars within the zig-zag area - its considered an offence and carries a small fine if caught doing so... Hope this helps :-) Have a nice day!

  • @Bevoin1970 thank you for replying ive always wondering what they are because we don't have them like that here in the US

  • What are does the zig zag lines mean on the road we don't hav them here in america

  • @troy5251 Sorry typed my reply in the wrong box, see above for the answer...

  • why do people in England drive on the wrong side of the road!! LOL.

Watching this made me cringe for awhhile, my instincts kept saying this guys on the wrong side the road!

  • @wildwindsca I bet a good many people feel like that when watching us crazy english drive... ha ha

I too have driven on what I call the wrong side of the road in Spain for instance, funny how quickly you soon become used to it after driving a few miles. Even changing gear with my right hand instead of my left soon feels quite normal.

Only dangerous times are at "T" junctions for eg - you automatically look the wrong way first by instinct and traffic islands have to be given more thought. :-))

  • I've visited England once, and I enjoyed it. But I've never visited Wokingham. I wonder what that's like?

  • @Seattlecarnut A very nice place indeed... :-)

  • @Bevoin1970 I'll have to check it out the next time I visit England. It's been a few years.

  • What kind of mileage do you get (with what engine)?

  • @bg1379 I drive a 2.2 turbo diesel Mercedes Sprinter and cover between 50 - 80 thousand miles per year

Get around 30 mpg on long distance runs keeping it at a steady 100km per hour or 65 mph.

  • this is one of my favourite videos you have made think the angle is great. fast van you have there

  • @mazda6sakata The camera had slipped down slightly, you got a good view of the steering wheel and controls, but not so good a view out of the screen.

Sprinter by name - Sprinter by nature :-)

  • Welcome To Wokingham Mate. I Live There

  • I was there again last week, check out On The Road 4 or 3 I think it was...

Great place to live by the looks... :-)

  • @Bevoin1970 Thanks Mate Wokingham Is A Great Place.

  • We have right-hand drive vehicles. They're usually used for delivering mail.

  • That could be. I do like big American cars, particularly those built between 1950 and 1970. I'm a fairly big guy, I would need a car I can feel comfortable in.

  • I'm too young to remember Starsky and Hutch, but I remember CHIPS. Our freeways are wider than yours. Why do you suppose that is?

  • Suppose American cars were very large once upon a time, much bigger than european cars, hence wider lanes needed I suppose...

  • Awesome video! I've visited England a few years ago, and your motorways don't look that different from our (American) freeways, the only obvious difference is that you drive on the left side of the road while we drive on the right, with the steering wheel on the right side of the car.

  • Yes, and I think maybe American motorways are a lot wider with more lanes than most UK motorways, not that I know, but I have watched "Chips" and seen "Starsky and Hutch" so I reckon that makes me knowledgable... ha ha

  • Great Video mate!

  • Thanks, always nice to hear good feedback... :-)

  • Great video, great music, great van, hahah i'm getting mine next week can't wait, hope i get work fingers crossed hahaha have a good one bra .Nick manchester

  • Hello Nick in Manchester. Drive safe and enjoy yourself. We may cross paths one day who knows..

  • they are bloody good vans and in my veiw the best !!! oh good song choice !

  • Yes I too consider them the best van on the road. After spending more hours than I care to remember sat in one, and umpteen thousands of miles, I can fully vouch for them. Thanks for watching. :-)

  • no prob's thanks for posting the video

  • ha ha I live there, I recognised the route you took aswell I see you drove past the burger king that set on fire

  • It wasn't me !!!! ha ha

  • Geez your paying $5.88 per gallon!!! Wow, that tough... I drive a diesel car and i love it, i thought i was paying through my nose... We (in USA) pay $1.99 per gallon conversion 0.33.9p/ Liter!!

It must be a like/hate job, Like to travle and drive far and get paid for it, hate the maintance, gas, food ect expanses!!!

  • Diesel has just gone back up in price in England to 99.9p/litre

Transport in general is expensive for obvious reasons. Infact running a car in general is expensive.........

  • I LOVE driving and would love your job. Must be expensive on diesel. Whats your cheapest station.

  • Depends how I drive, Local supermarkets are 98.9p / litre at moment.

  • @Bevoin1970 98.9p per litre? You only posted that comment 2 years ago, the prices have shot up since then!
