this is 1986 or 1987 because nicko's using a black kit with paiste 3000 crashes and that's what he used with somewhere in time

It was the second of three Super Drumming sessions 1987-1989, so 1988. ;) Nicko had boring drummers like Dave Mattacks, Bill Bruford or Zak Starkey on this show, only highlight was Billy Cobham who ruled the stage! Yes, McBrain was one of the fastest single-foot bassdrum players at that time, quite rare inside all those double bassdrum players, esp. at hard rock. Good guy, friendly, but for sure no (iron)maiden anymore... ;)
