  • yes i totally agree with floating frog, amazing dvds, but if you dont have some background in yoga or are in relatively good shape, you may find the new dvd's difficult, and i would highly recommend that you try budokon for beginners first, it makes a big difference

  • This art is amazing. If you have never studied with Cameron Shayne you are in for a treat. This mans knowledge of both the yogic and martial arts will blow your mind. He is young, but he is a real master. I have this dvd series....This is well worth owning. Great investment for anyone who wants to move like you have never moved and be in the best shape of your life.
