I agree that Surya excelled in Ghajini. But Aamir Excelled in hindi Ghajini. The hardest part for any actor is to recreate the magic of already played character. And I think, Aamir did that outstandingly. That just represents how great of an actor Aamir is. Aamir's way of approaching and playing Sanjay is entirely different from Surya's.
