This live show is alllllll the way live. But how could there is be no version of "tell me that i'm dreaming" other than the live one. Bass line is kicking, but the Sax player - playing tenor and soprano saxophone - got to get some props.
Love those hooky baselines. And as always, a healthy dose of paranoia in the lyrics; "Then I was discouraged by you. You were who'd never push the wheels. You did it to Sweet pea and I'm next, I must be next..." ROFL
One word: AWESOME! We were at this concert and it was out of this world...especially as it's such an intimate venue. I even met the band afterwards and got them to sign my tickets. Thank you very much for posting this great clip...makes me want to dance every time I hear their music.
Where was this gig?I seriously believe that when this Band was at its height with the twin vocals it was the greatest band of all time!! They came to Norwich once + I missed them!Surely they'd be Huge today.
sweeeet pea!

It was October 2006 at the Jazz Cafe in Camden. An amazing night and I still have the signed tickets.
