I played the chinese version of this game. after i got to lvl 80. i need spent $100 a month to maintain top 100 of the server. basically the more you spent, the better equipment you gonna have. which means if you spent $1 million. you dont even have to lvl up and you are the best character in your server.

That's why those games are better to play on private servers.
