1st I want to say to Nick, Thank you for having a conscious heart and mind to care about US West Indians People like you get it and are a credit to humanity. Next is a memory of when I was a kid and my Dad was alive. The whole family would go out for dinner and when we would drive home my father would take Waterfront home. I could see the moon light dance on the water as we drove and I would pretend it was following us and helping us get home. I miss that and my Dad. Thank you for filming Elena.
Heading back next week.....i go back and forth. This Rush hor traffic downtown when local are gettingoff work, tourist going back to the ship..they are doing constraction to ease the traffic.......2-3
phase construction.....best time to move there is when it is winter in the USA...and the temp is in the 80 most of the time.
I am from the VI and nice to see you are sharing your video with millions. Beautiful place and hope you bring some friends on your next trip. When i go back and i drive. You have to keep in your mind and repeat this. "THINK LEFT, THINK LEFT" It work for me.
Chalotte Amalie is the name and it is nice for you to support our econmy. Hit me up when you visit again. I can recommmend some nice beaches such as "Linquist" All the best!
Denmark drove on the left side of the road until 1793 when they switched to driving on the right. Although the Virgin Islands were a Danish territory then they remained driving on the left to this day even after they were purchased by the US in 1917.
but the reason we still drive on the left and the never changed it over is because every one had trained thier donkeys to walk on the left side of the road and after the switch they tried to go on the right but the donkeys were to stubborn
all the other Islands around in the caribbean drive on the left, Brit VI, and every other Island save Puerto Rico and Hispanola, so I figured it was a west indies thing, I think it's cool but they need to allow cars with wheels on the right to be imported, would make it easier
It is US Territory, so cars made for US are sold there. But it was a Danish territory prior to that so they just kept the driving on the left hand side part.

But they don't drive on the left side of the road in Denmark. The drive on the right side, just like the rest of Europe except for Great Britain.
