im stuck here, i did everything and the salvius capt of the guard guy just says "Kvatch's been rebuilt before and it'll be rebuilt again" and i never found martin, hes just standing there in the castle with the quest marker on him but thats all he says

oh and for some reason after I found the dead count and got matius' armour, my quest arrow got seemingly permastuck on matius and I have no clue where martin is

I'm level one, and I can get through some of it. I can not get through all of it though. It is just a little too hard for a level one. It is best to wait till you are between 3-7.

Yea you just need and armor and a weapon and if its too hard set the difficulty lower

@Apul549 Help! i went and got the counts' ring and i havn't talked to martin yet and now he's not in the chapel! when i talk to martius all he says is kvatch will rebuild itself. he's also not in the chapel and when i ask people about it they say he died

I closed every gate in the game. There was something very satisfiying about closing gate after gate, although I did hate seeing what remained afterwards. Made the landscape look all battle-scarred.

I have dozens of mods that have fixed what I didn't like about 360 Oblivion. I have leveled quest rewards so I don't have to be level 30 to get the best possible weapon power, it can just level up with me, plus Francesco's leveled creatures mod, which fixes the NPC's to make them more challenging.

I've also downloaded that mod of leveled quest rewards. Found it yesterday. Its AWESOME!
