First off, have you ever heard of a metaphor? "Clearing the path" is a metaphor for helping to clear some of the bureaucratic inertia that really does exist, whether you wish to admit it or not. If you don't realize there's are, and always have been, these issues between departments suggests you're ignorant or a toadie for government.

@P3t3rG1 Obama has an oil spill in the Gulf that he cannot get fixed. Can’t figure out who’s in charge of cleaning up the Gulf. Can’t get the economy turned around. Spending more and more of our money but don’t fix anything. Soldiers are dying overseas the ones he said he was brining home. Cannot secure the borders and put roadblocks in front of the governor. That’s trying to stop illegal immigration and all he does is play golf and go around knocking our country down

@christmas254 While all of the above is true, one has to see that he get elected on the back of those funds of his supporters(Soros, etc.). Once the shit hits the fan he will be impeached because of his unclear birth certificate. Than the pre-planned military coup d'etat can "march" in.
