@Tatsue295 It's an item you get to use during a quest found in New Vegas. An agoraphobic artist sends you around the Mojave to take pictures as inspiration.

Because the item is treated as a "weapon" in-game, aiming and pointing it at various companions will cause them to react as if it were a weapon pointed at them.

anyone else notice that the camera zoom in is the same as the laser rifle scope? could have something to do with this. also when you look through binoculars near people and press the fire button they will say "whoa watch it" and other stuff like that.

@Zombiechicken the ammo for Euclid's c finder is helios one. On the computer in the tower building it gives you an option to arm archemedes weapon and that will give the c finder one ammo per day and it replenishes the ammo by itself
