i love monta ellis but i think we have to give him up and a couple more players to get a decent trade or maybe a blockbuster trade. i think all we need is a good caliber power forward like boozer, deng, jamison or maybe paul milsap. and a good two guard, but im pretty satisfied with maggette or azubuike. but maggatte sometimes is selfish and whines alot about not getting the foul call. i love the fact how we get d-leaguers, a lot of unknown talent.A+ for toliver!! a new coach isn't a bad idea :)

-they have to give him the ball, and let him go to work. He is a scorer, he lead the NCAA in ppg last year. why is he only avg 11.8ppg? (as of 12/21/09) he should be contributing more instead of ellis having 30+ point games all the time. the Warriors need to:

-Give him more shot opportunities

-run screen and roll plays for him

-let him run the PG position. he does not get the ball as much as he should, he is also a great passer and can make plays for other teamates
