I have been smoking for 7-8 years and I just quit. Tomorrow at 6am will be my third day smoke free and people say it's so easy lmao IT'S NOT!!! Anyone who tells you it is hasn't quit.
Smoking is obviously unfavorable for you. You inhale over thousands of toxic chemicals into your body, and it's addictive, draining you of your dollars and health with every puff you take. Some individuals even die as soon as they take in their first puff! Which is why quitting smoking is a must...It is hard, but I have found a very good way to quit smoking. Youtube wont permit me post the method here, so I put the link of the site on my profile. Enjoy, and stay healthy!
Not smoking gives me more relaxation, euphoria, peace of mind, cure from boredom, more energy, and overall better feeling physically and mentally. You can feel the blood pumping oxygen instead of carbon monoxide to your organs. I feel like my vision has improved. I am more alert, and can feel my brain receiving more oxygen. My muscles, circulation, digestion, and breathing are all so improved that it is almost like a high. I love tasting food and smelling things without thirsty cig breath!

I'm18years old and smoked for 3 years. and strongly adicted. I've tried to quit before (longest 8months but I still smoke now) could anyone give me some good suggestion of quitting?
I'm only 168 cm because I smoked in my teen years and I need to quit but I get so outragiously stressed and eat enormous amounts of meals because of the stress ..I tried smoking cannabis instead of tobaco but then I would get too high and forget that I've quit smoking and smoke a cigarette.. nothing works for me..
