You might argue his videos are his films, but then you would be referring to his content and not the artists. Sure, hes not much of a singer, but you have to understand what this guy does and the extent of his skills.

Hes got an amazing understanding of how harmonies work and how to execute them. Ever seen him conducting the Vocal Orchestra? go watch and see if u still have somein to say.

really like it dont get the dub fx comparisons being made dub fx clearly does breakbeat stuff like dnb and dubby tunes and shlomo does very nice jazzy funky hip hop rock actually less easy to classify shlomo i actually prefer Dub FX but still shlomo does some amazing beatbox stuff i havent heard yet from DubFX and i think DUB FX uses more layers in his stuff meaning hes very confined shlomo tends to change up songs halfway which is very impressive love for both though and this channel

@xVancha i dont usually do this and dont get me wrong but after reading the conflict on this video about comparisons and peoples opinions id like to state that by the sounds of it, the sounds he made were totally realistic. as stated in previous comments he likes to make the sounds himself rather than feed them through effects.thus making them "more realistic than other people whom one may compare shlomo to"

@seomoz The smaller of the two loop stations is a Boss RC-20XL and runs about $250 new. The larger loop station is a Boss RC-50 and runs about $500 new. You can find them used for much cheaper though. If I remeber correctly, I ended up buying my RC-50 off Ebay for around $300

you can really tell the difference if you put last years, and this years together. last years he was really timid, and all of his sounds were weak compared to this years, where he went out there, and just took it on by storm, and lost himself xD

I'm not one to usually reply to hate comments etc but I am a great fan of Shlomo. Any one thinking he is trying to get into Dub Fx's or Beardymans market need to see how long he's actually been doing the looping stuff. I heard of Shlomo years ago, before Dub FX. Main difference, he doesn't use many effects on his voice as the others do so your hearing un-processed vocals, he likes to create the effects from his mouth. Respect to Shlomo and Dowdenboy
