Uncharted Glitch - Entering U-Boat After Explosion

so who killed the Nazi?were the mutant Spanish kill them, I think they had already left when the Nazi came? and how Francis Drake can sent his diary to the coffin while he was killed on the tropical island??and how the Nazi got the final page of Drake's diary? this game has some confusing stuff in the plot.

Drake's such a badass. He kills men with 1 shot apiece, climbs up a waterfall, walks on air, through solid steel and just carries on as if it's no big deal.

when your at the top of the cliff, or near the top you can jump into the water on the other side of the boat that you begin at, then you could climb out from the rocks

this happens because the object of the U boat itself hasnt changed, but the image of the U boat has, so the game thinks your on the origional U boat, yet you see that its different.

Wow, nice glitch. It's amazing how much detail they put into the rubble even though you aren't even supposed to see it! This game is awesome. I loved the lighting, camera angles, detail, gameplay, everything! I'm playing it for the 3rd time, on crushing now, going for platinum. Playing it on my 58" Panasonic Vierra (the high-end kind), upscaled to 1080p... ahhh...

I think after the explosion they changed the textures but not the polygons, hence the hanging in the air etc.

This game is really good. I just wish it wasn't so short. Part 2 is coming out in the fall, so something to look forward to.

I don't know about that. At first I didn't like that it was so short either but if want all the medals, you'll easily spend 20-30 hours on it. I must have completed the game over 20 times now. Don't know if I would have managed that if the game was just a tad longer (let alone multiple hours longer). Ever since the U2 teaser, I really want ND to finish it, so we can have a go. They only release games when they meet their quality standards, so it'll be worth the wait.

The game without getting medals is like 8 hours long but 20-30 sounds about right. Us PS3 owners need to see more exclusives and I think uncharted 2 could help us out a bit.

Meh, I'm kinda tired of WWII shooters but still love COD4, so if any of you guys has that. Other than that it's just Little Big Planet, Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Pretty much all my other PS3 games are single player only.

Yeah, they should have programmed Roman and Navarro to still be there, waiting for you with shotguns. And in case you got to them, you'd automatically get a cutscene of you being blown away by one of them. At least, that's how I would have done it.

Well, it's a glitch taking you to a place you aren't supposed to be. That's why it lacks some elements of the main storyline.

You know you could have just use Eddie's golden gun thats a 1 hit kill

It has slower fire rate and I'd be reloading twice or three times as much. To get past these guys I really needed to give myself as much advantage as possible. Sure, it can probably be done with the standard handgun without any cheats but that would require an insane amount of luck outside of skill. If it wasn't for Elena getting shot down faster than you, this wouldn't have been so hard.

Yes but if you can get eddies golden gun you have unlimited amount of ammo

It still fires slower and needs to reload more (even with infinite ammo there are still reloads), so no.

Thanks. I'd consider myself good since I did beat Crushing and get 1000 medal points. Now only to redo it for the trophies. BTW this hardly took any skill because I had one shot kills on. These guys will kill you in one shot, so it's almost impossible to do it without (unlocked) cheats.

I had already completed the game on Crushing, so I have Unlimited Ammo, All Weapons and most importantly One Shot Kills unlocked for this. When the guy on GameFAQs first said he'd done it, I called him a liar because I had tried to do this before but I remembered the (near) instant death. So you'll have to be really lucky if you want to pull this off without One Shot Kills or some other useful unlockable.
