The invincibility on the Ultra startup expires very quickly. Roughly 7 frames, much earlier than most Ultras.

For 1, the guy that says "Got Ya" was not Phils voice. 2. Right off the bat, the guy says "oh I see u play Balrog against me" (obviously not Phils voice, this guy sounds hillbilly like) 3. If u havn't noticed DSP always titles the vids according to who was on which side of the screen (DD on left, spawn left side duh).
