I think it will go one of two ways...Either they'll let him slide b/c he's so rich & powerful ( probably give 3 years or so & let him out in 1 year w/ good behavior) or they'll make an example out of him & charge him to the full extent of the law & give him 15. Either way, he'll definitely be no average joe. But I think he should be charged & not be let off lightly- no matter who he is or his social standing he still killed someone, maybe if he was sober the man would've still been alive today.

I think it's involuntary manslaughter and he should definitely get jail time. Do I think he will? Not really - but they've been locking down on celebs a lot more in recent times (Michael Vick, Paris Hilton, Lane Garrison whom we know had no intent, but killed some1 while driving drunk)

i think its only fair for him to get charge like a normal citizen or an "average joe". I wish i had money bc i will do alot of intentional and non intentional wrong doings knowing my consequences will be basically slapped on the hand. it must be nice. I feel bad for him bc of course he didnt mean to kill anyone. so i feel sad for him in that factor only.
