This should be just a 'controller' to connect to a PC/Mac.

With some nVidia Quadro cards and a good CPU you could do Full HD or even 4K with ease. You could even mod it to add features.

Yep Im sure. They were released in combination with the SVM-1000. You can see the display, it's way to small to be a CDJ-2000. And I dont think CDJ-2000 have the blue lights in the slot. Besides, this vid was uploaded almost 2 years ago, so coudlnt be a CDj-2000 =)
