The clip of the bride needing to pee happened AFTER the ceremony and right before she was ready to be introduced at her reception. She probably already had been in her dress for 3 to 4 hours. A funny thing often happens when your emotions and stress builds up - adrenaline kicks in and often times you need to releive yourself more. Three to four hours is a long time under those situations.... nevemind the dress being very tight already.
